Axar Hotels is a premier hotel development and management company, focused on operating upscale extended-stay and select-service properties in suburban and secondary markets. We are currently operating out of our locations in Reston, VA and Lumberton, NC. The principals of Axar Hotels have a combined 75 years of hotel development and management experience, and have developed over $70 million in hotel assets. Many of these properties have been new builds, and almost all of them have been operated under the internationally recognized brands of Choice Hotels International, Hilton Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Marriott International.

Going forward, our growth strategy is to develop and/or acquire hotels in airport and corporate locations with multiple demand generators and high barriers to entry. The latest additions to our portfolio are the Hampton Inn & Suites at Nashville Airport and the Staybridge Suites Chantilly at Washington Dulles International Airport.
